If you would like to start working with us, here's how we start. 
1. Please contact us at 301.228.3764 or at twofrogshealingcenter @ gmail.com.  We will schedule our first phone call where you will talk about the issues or challenges that you are wanting to heal and receive support around.  You can ask us any questions about how we can support you in healing your challenges. 

2. If we both feel there is a fit between our services and your situation, the next step is to give us your contact information and to set up an initial appointment. 

If you are in the Frederick, Maryland area and would like to work in person, we can schedule an initial two hour appointment in the downtown Frederick office.  You can receive a wide variety of services which enhance your treatment sessions.  These services include Acupuncture, Craniosacral technique, Sufi Healing, massage, and herbal medicine.  You can download or we can send you the forms required for treatment. 

Please click here to download the forms for treatment in .pdf or word versions.  Please fill them out and bring them to your first session.  If you are seeking insurance reimbursement, please check with your insurer to verify if acupuncture is covered under your current plan.  If your insurance covers acupuncture, we will provide you with a treatment receipt at the end of each session that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement.  Our standard rate for treatment is $125 per hour.  We offer discounts for children and special needs cases.

If you would like to work over the phone, the first step is to schedule an initial session.  In our experience, phone sessions are just as or more powerful than face to face sessions.  Clients report feeling less distracted and more at ease working over the phone.  Many of our clients report very deep healing of the challenges they are facing.  This is especially useful for people who do not live in the Frederick, Maryland area, are not seeking insurance reimbursement, or who want to avoid commuting in traffic.

Before the initial session, please review the information on the practice of Remembrance in the Free Tools section.  This is a critical part of enhancing your treatment results.  This practice has been one of the most critical elements of breakthrough healing results.

In the initial session, you have an opportunity to share at length about your challenges.  We will ask you for important historical details and about lifestyle practices that are relevant to improving your situation.  We will offer suggestions for achieving the healing results that you are seeking.  These suggestions will include practices for enhancing the progress we make in sessions.  These suggestions may also include dietary modifications, inspiring reading, and activities to move you toward your goals.

As we progress through treatment, you will discover your own healing abilities, the profound support from a Higher Source, and a greater courage to face and heal difficult challenges.  We will discuss how we are progressing toward your goals and will refine suggestions for improving progress.
